Very good question….I would say they are in for a shock…most of the Canadians I know only come to Florida for the winter and go back….so we will see this winter what they say or know. And some walked away from their new villa’s…cause my sister got a letter that said ‘ because of the villa’s left empty, the association dues ( already sky high) would increase to make up for lost revenue.” ….so this has caused some real anger with those who live year round in the villa’s.

Ivent, why do you point fingers at the first white supremist faction that comes along. This is the plan of the government you know, they steer people in any direction that hides the man behind the curtain. There is no proof that any one person or race has any control over this scam. The Banks of England are the real culprits and want you to blame Jews, Democrats,Republicans, the President ect. How are these homes being sold with clear titles? Has anyone talked to
the canadians who are purchasing foreclosures asking them about the
consequences of purchasing properties that are questionable? What do

You know what really gets me is people who are buying foreclosures now are so confident that nothing will happen to affect their choice in buying stolen homes. Why wouldn’t they get feeling? Almost nothing has been done to help those of us who had our houses stolen. This gives anyone who buys a stolen home that false send of security. This documentary referenced someone from Canada who said he was sorry for what has happened but yet he will think about buying in Florida. This totally blows my mind. And you know that when the sh$t hits the fan, they will be in front of the line whinning about how the stupid Americans screwed them. It’s like telling a child don’t touch the stove you may get burned.. They touch the stove anyway, get burned and whine.

its a shame that it continues. I complaineds to marco rubios (florida senator from miami) orlando staff about my dealings with wells fargo from the mod scam to the hamp scam. wells fargo told me a current homeowner no to pay. So technically by case law they caused promisarry estopel. They told me to brek my contract. Now rubios office contacted me and wells fargo called me. i need advice i feel my lawyer should call them. Because i did not default. Thats the sick thing. help me how can they call me? For what? princible reductio? Noooo prob a hamp loan i aint no sucka
