lies, the only way to fight this is by all of us joining together, nationwide..We need to get everyone doing the same thing…like nationwide stop paying the mortgage or the property taxes….The whole country has to join together…INDIVISIBLY….The sooner the better..As long as we allow them to continue this strategic class warfare by cooperating, this is going to painfully drag on..The OCCUPY MOVEMENT needs to get the word out about what we are going to do as a nation…like the take the money out of the banks day…we need a nationwide stop paying the mortgage day…and a date…same with the property taxes…otherwise the strategic class war will continue and so will the fraudclosures…There are no attorneys to rep us here in Chicago…not one…that is why we all meet here for help…

Sorry, what I meant to say was, first they have to prove to me I owe them any money….we already know they can not…or they would have fraudclosed by now…They want to wear us down…that is what they want..so we give up or walk away or mediate with them…The more people who join us in fraudclosureland, the less chance they have of fraudclosing….the more fraudclosures there are the less fraudclosures there are…and eventually that will mean they cant fraudclose on anyone…When half the country is in fraudclosure…that means to the banks that no one is in fraudclosure..that is what an attorney told me…

Allison, isn’t the recorders office supposed to notify you about a Quit- Claim Deed being filed on your property?…Go to the homepage of the Cook County Recorder of Deeds website where it says The Quit-Claim Deed Notice…… On September 15, 2006, the office of the recorder instituted a post card notification program to owners of real property on which a Quit-Claim Deed has been filed….

I agree with you, I would not sign anything..An attorney that I can trust already advised me months ago that the fraudsters debt is unsustainable…and they are going to set you up to fai with a balloon somewhere in that fraudulent inducement…I would not re-establish a debt that I do not owe with these assholes…They nullified their legal contract the day they committed fraud in my name and now they can pay me..This is why the judges are trying to force mediations with the banksters…I told the Judge, first they have to prove that I them money and they committed fraud in my name…The Judge did not disagree…he told me to go get an attorney…. I don’t need to pay one of them to throw me under the bus…If worse comes to worse we will do what Marcy Kaptur said, be squatters in your own home…they don’t have the notes up there on Wall Street.. I think it was the MBA that said the notes were destroyed and Fannie Mae admitted to multiple pledging of notes…which is MASSIVE FRAUD… WTF? As you brought out in your post how a Judge cannot rule against the Constitution.
But they do.

I think you are right about my cousin. I had sent her a transcript of one of the little books I wrote and the Judge probably read it and thought i was more outspoken than anyone who had every come before him in his courtroom and when he got up off the floor my cousin knew not to give an opinion.
