There are good lawyers and politicians with good souls that are trying to help us. We must demand prosecution on the sinister lawyers and politician, and banksters, and all wrong doers and their helpers in this biggest sinister crime of our American history. I wondered why lawyers in this case , with so many cases the same did not take a group of people and do a law suit like this, where a group of people could share in the cost and fight this criminal. Not a class action and not a mass gender case. But individuals in the multiples from eight states. Washington, Massachusetts, Winsconson, New Jersey, New York, California, Florida, & Tennesee, as individuals on a complaint for Fraud, Violations of the Florida civil remedies for criminal practices Act(Florida Rico Act, temporary and Permanent injunctive relief and othe relief and Demand for a jury trial. Asking for temporary and permanent injunctive relief on a nationwide basis; and for ther relief, and this relief for for all homeowners in the states they represent that are harmed by the wrongful threat and wrongful foreclosures and fraudulent misrepresentation of Deutsche Bank and Chase. If you read # 49. page 11 of I believe thirty or thirty two plaintiffs, Beginning with Linda Patricia Zimmerman v JpMorgan Chase BAnk, N.A. and Chase Home Finance LLC. You will see something new to me Defendants JPM has admitted, in filings by its counsel in the Federal matter of Deutsche BAnk National Trust Co etc, v Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. and JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association et al. Case NO. 1:09-cv-1656(RMC) that:…..”Under the plain terms of that agreement [the P&A], JPMC (Defendant JPM herein] did not become WMB’s [WaMu] successor in interest. Chase and Deutsche Bank have not been registered nor licensed nor a headquarters in any state but New York and has only recently in the State of Washington in the last month secured a headquarters here. I had to send all my docs to New York for Deutsche and Ohio for Chase. That in itself for most states if not all states is illegal and violates the state CPA laws and the Deed of Trust law.
