Marilyn….Yes, they did it to Madoff….BUT….he was not in the ‘ club ‘….besides he took money from the wealthy….notice they stripped his family of everything to pay back the weeping wealthy …..it would not have been done like that if it was the average Joe crying out….Madoff got 150 years in prison…and the whole country is screaming FRAUD…TREASON…TERRORTST..TYRANNY…and not one person has been handcuffed….it’s all in the money……….

The banks should have to cram it all down…they have bankrupted the american people with all of their fraud and unsustainable debt creation….40 trillion in debt created out of thin air….backed by zero..Mainstreet should be able to extinguish the entire mortgage debt in a bankruptcy…and force the criminals to eat all of their fraud and see just what they have done to this country….This Government wants to save the banks and not the people…well we will see how the world reacts when the banks are the only thing left standing and they have to pay for everything….by themselves..Without the American people, this whole Global Scheme is going down the toilet where it should go….None of them would be anything without all of us to steal from and soon they won’t be anything…They all think they are so smart…..we will just see about that. CaitlinO…….Thinking outside of the box, they have put all of us in……Nye Lavalle stated that there are up to at least 10 mortgages on each piece of property……So unless we all agree to take 10 mortgages out a piece how are they ever going to pay for all of their fraud?……Uh, they can’t , the massive collateral fraud they created is UNSUSTAINABLE DEBT, I spoke with the attorney from original house closing who told me this……The american people cannot pay for all of their fraud……So in that case maybe the criminals are who needs to CRAM IT DOWN……and give the American people a frest start without anymore of their criminal intervention.

I vent….The intent was there before any mortgage was ever signed….this I was told was and is criminal intent….no money was EVER LENT…..the signatures were for their gambling instrument….the banks themselves nullified their contracts….and the mortgage/interest payments paid from that day on was another fraud…..owed back to the people in full……..
In order for any reduced principal to be done, the bank would still have to prove with the original note/mortgage – both – to prove ownership. The mortgage always follows the note. Split it is ubsecured. If the real creditor is not on the note and mortgage, name and information given…it is unperfected and cannot be foreclosed on. Now this is what I was told on my daughters foreclosure……others may have different opinions…But I got this info from a very experienced person from Washington DC.

I am ALL for making banks cram down principal to keep people in their homes. But if a family doesn’t have a job, how will they stay in the house, even with a principal reduction?
