I watched a you tube video last night entitled Mortgage Servicers Secrets that states that it is the investors who are pushing servicers to fraudclose on homes that none of them own….GREEDY BASTARDS ALL OF THEM!.

I vent…someone on here said a judge can be impeached….I think that is still on here somewhere….And I believe Stopa did write a letter to ‘ someone ‘ telling of a judge…So I would say yes there has to be a ‘ place ‘ to file a complaint on a judge…..they are no one special…take the robe off and you would never know they are a judge…

talktotennessee……You explained that very well…..there is much more than just the banking fraud….it involves more than just our right to own property. I look at the whole picture…everything….everything that is in our everyday lives….what is wrong, what is right, how things sounds so complicated when it could be so simple….I heard what was happening in the Vietnam war…and the men fighting saw it after a few years into it…the men made plans under the brass…my brother was in with 30 years under his belt…he saw what it was all about…..one world government. That opened some eyes but not enough. If one expressed their opinion on anything that had to do with the government or corporations…all thru the 70’s, 80’s..90’s .you were complaining…some people just don’t get it. Now comes 2000….things start to happen…the air does not even smell the same…the vibes tell you something is wrong…voting is all messed up..especially in Florida…hand counting is screwed up….Bush get’s in but I am not sure by final count…it all goes down hill from there….it was like the massive evil was rushing to make up for lost time….9/11…Iraq war…Afganistan war…jobs all left America…frauds found in banking..ignored by DOJ…..start of massive fraudulent mortgages…still ignored….whole country in foreclosure….still ignored….we learn we have no government to speak off…we have no protection…we have no one to help us. In these foreclosures there are no rights…..the courts prove this in an arrogant manner…the laws we know are no longer the laws of the court…….. …otherwise no one would have lost their home. No one would be living in tents and sleeping in cars…we all would have jobs…. Are the foreclosures a wake up call..a warning….that our rights are being taken away….the start? Or are other rights been taken already we do not even realize yet. This is very devasting how deep this may go…much further than foreclosures…..and Rome.

I agree Marilyn, the people have to get active…We need sit ins and protests nationwide. That is what they dread, the day we show up and demand answers to why this Government is throwing America under the bus…and why they are not demanding from Judges that our property rights be upheld..The Judges are forcing loan mediations with pretender lenders and forcing corrupt attorneys on all of us….This is an illegal and unconstitutional tyranny! I was reading a comment on you tube some blogger posted….It said that once they sell the note, you owe them nothing…..It said Google “original instrument”……I will look into it…First things first, these Judges are more out of control and are more criminal than the banksters and their attorneys……..! The Judges all should be arrested for aiding and abetting the financial terrorists….they are traitors…of their country and their countrymen! Is there a place you can report a Judge for unfair dealing?

My posts don’t advise action. I urge people to get involved politically, use their voice, influence to fight corporate capitalism by which the financial and corporate entities are gaining control of our government. The modification mentioned was an example of a successful modification, not advice.

You have to remember in Non-Judicial states, the foreclosure process is an automatic trustee sale on the courthouse steps. One does not enter the courthouse, see a judge or present his paperwork. No one ensues the foreclosing entity has legal standing or proves their paperwork is legal. This process works as designed with an eviction notice issued, sheriff served. The result is an unfortunate individual’s furniture is set on the front sidewalk. Signed, sealed and delivered. The homeowner has no voice in the matter unless he opts either for bankruptcy or hires an attorney to file suit. As you can see we have already lost control in favor of the banking industry in non-judicial states.

What I see happening in this country is far more frightening than just banking fraud. Many are being persuaded to agree with the very tactics that are removing their freedoms or control of government without even realizing they are losing control. Some might call it a ‘new world order’ but it is far more subtle and more devastating than looking for the antichrist. There is not one godlike person who will waltz in and seize control of our government and our rights. What is happening NOW is the LOSS of our rights. We will wake up ‘after the fact’ and realize we lost our righs with no viable way to retrieve them.
Examples:
1. Decentralizing federal government in the name of states rights while powerful individuals seize control of state legislatures through redistricting to favor a small special interest controlling body.
2. Remember, WE are federal government, we the people elect our government, Congress and through the electoral college and popular vote, the President. Reducing government reduces our footprint on it. Although I sometimes think we could do without Congress(smiles)
3. States are moving to require photo IDs to limit the elderly, Hispanic and Black votes. This places limits on who has freedom to vote. Younger people tend to vote less. Manipulation of voting districts favor certain political advantages. The result is imbalance or lost voice in governing allowing one party to gain control.
4. Tort Reform limits juries from making decisions by capping awards, in effect limiting access to legal remedy because individuals can’t justify expenditure in the courts against major companies deep pockets. Designed to provide a safe haven for manufacturers from legal responsibility for faulty products leaving victims at risk.
5. Jobs have been shipped overseas and corporations headquarters moved there, reducing their taxes, forcing the middle class to shoulder imbalance in tax burden. Trade imbalance contributes to the imbalance.
6. When government is paralyzed, as it is now, corporate interests prevail and control.
7. Supreme Court has given corporations legal status to fund election campaigns. Individuals can’t compete with Wall Street funding campaigns.
8. Reducing the middle class to poverty status changes the dynamic of those making decisions in government through their votes. You can see from the poor turn in the Wall Street protest that the middle and poverty classes are home watching ball games and $ movies. They have already zoned out. If the elderly lose SS and Medicare you will see unbridled poverty. Yet all GOP candidates vow to repeal healthcare, gut Medicare and limit SS, knowing it will result in death of children and elderly.
9. Destruction of Unions and bargaining rights for individuals that favor corporations are allowing company benefits to be reduced, loss of healthcare, pensions, etc. discrimination due to age, etc.
10.. When we lose value and intellect of our voting rights in this country through these limiting factors, we have given away control of government. A new world order will have evolved right under our simple-minded noses without so much as a whimper. We are helping it happen right now. When our voice in government, our vote, is gone there will be nothing we can do to regain control but embrace anarchy by rioting. We won’t be able to do anything to restore our rights. People throughout the world are fighting right now because of oppressive government and we are walking right into it voluntarily. Will we fight to control our government, seize our rights or will we sit on our couches and bitch!

I vent….I was of the 50’s and 60’s….I remember it oh so well……I saw alot that I disagreed on with the government and the world.. and that is where I got my training and my thinking as I happen to have still to this day. ….if people think I am hard core..so be it…nothing changes my thinking and I speak my opinion…if you want to hear it or not. …I am a person who speaks the truth I have nothing to lie about. The hippies were correct in their thinking….it was the people who did not see or hear the lies…they did not see the whole picture that was right in front of them…….and today so many are still here wondering what has gone wrong with the world…. HELLO..is that not a bit to late??? I must admit my Mother and siblings are catholic..but I am not, cause my Father was not catholic and said he did not want me to follow that religion and he had his reasons…. I now understand his reasonings. He taught me to believe with my heart and that I could pray sitting on the curb….I did not have to pay a chruch in order to pray. he told me that the catholic church was than the richest corporation in the world…the church saw money before any God. And I remember the small envelopes my Mother would put money into every week….even with 6 kids to feed on a police officers pay. That was in the 40’s….so I carry alot in my memory and this gave me a strong backbone thru all these years…..The hippies need to return…the people need to stand and all fight for the freedom we have lost thru evil. or are we cowards.

This country is fighting a massive lie…and now people must understand how so many ‘ crooks ‘ have become so wealthy…BY BEING CROOKED…CRIME DOES PAY IN THIS COUNTRY…..WE WERE TOLD A LIE LEARNING CRIME DOES NOT PAY. Banks dealt with laundering drug money and government flew drugs into this country…..The IRS taking our hard earned dollars to feed the criminals on a fake debt….The IRS was not a part of our government from the start…..it is not internal…it is external……it is the IMF that did this criminal act. And much more can be added to the crimes done to the people.
Now they are lying and stealing everything the people have worked their a$$es off to have….if you notice these crooks have never worked a hard day in their lives and yet they all are wealthy…..they stoled the wealth from the people of the world…they starved people to die…they have killed millions of people with fake wars… they sunk the Titanic……bombed Pearl Harbor……blew up the Twin Towers….all to kill and destroy…all for their cover-ups of what they were planning…Just when are the people of the world going to wake up…when is this country going to wake up…and this depopulation idea they have…since it was their idea and with due respect…. we need to suggest they be the first in line to help the cause…..
