I agree Marilyn and alot of people including myself think that this country would have been a better place if J.F.K. wasn’t taken out….but they got away with it…That was the begining of their evil plan that we are all living right now….. Here we all are, almost 50 years later at war with them yet again….The difference between now and then is the truth is being revealed and that is something they did not count on…Someone said America needs a true American patriot for our next president…Are there any of those anymore….? We will see, but in the meantime we all have alot of work to do for sure…and if we survive this, and I think we will, I hope we won’t get fooled again in another 50 years….

L VENT….For certain….this whole country was and is in the slow process of being taken over…..the years have given them time to make their plans…time to plant the preps in our government…it was time, time, time that gave them all a good laugh on America….We must blame the leaders that stood before this country and told lies for years…they all were in on this…all of them….JFK would not have let this happen….and this very government lied for years about his murder and Bobby Kennedy’s murder….than John Jr. murder….and this government kept right on lying…they lied about 9/11….they lied about the Iraq war, they lied about Afganistan, they lied and covered up the frauds…they allowed all this to happen to bring this country to ruins….our own government. They set us all up so the others could come in and squeeze the life out of all of us….till we stop breathing. They did alot more damage than what I said.. They robbed the people as they all had a rich life and did shit for their salaries, benefits, pensions…they took from the people and gave themselves whatever they wanted. .
This I vent….allowed all this to happen…..the courts are doing the same pattern as our government has done up to today….put the knife in the back and twisted it….the courts see black as white and white as black….they see no evil cause they are the evil……they look at us as the enemy..when in fact..they are the enemy to America.
I can understand that you have gone in all directions to seek some help…any help for what you found in your mortgages….so have many others….and no one has found the help needed…in any state….maybe some had some luck but overall the rest feel just as you do…helpless…but the fight will go on. .it has to….otherwise we are doomed.
You say the civil courts are unconstitutional and illegal in the proceedings of the foreclosures….that I do agree with you…it seems everything is the opposite of the truth…such as bad is good, right is wrong…..BUT…Are they all working under a different constitution than our constitution? Such as the NWO constitution? Our constitution is not even recognized by Obama and the DOJ…remember the Arizona and the Mexican illegals….Obama ignored our constitution…he stood for the Mexicans and spit on the people of this country…cause we tried to tell them 14 million illegals we could not afford..no jobs…and we got flipped off. So think about it….has our government been under the NWO constitution with no borders…at this point I would say yes. And I would say yes the courts are too. Our constitution can not be taken into the court building..it must be left outside the doors. Look at the whole pattern …the whole picture…and you will see …our constitution may have already been shredded….and replaced with the NWO…they have one already in place…..that is what the multinational fraudsters banksters and the Federal Reserve are under…certainly not ours….so to be in control the government and the courts would have to be under the same…….

No matter what the heritage, we are all Americans….and Americans don’t go down without a fight and these colors, red, white and blue, don’t run, and we don’t go down without a fight…they love cowards, they hate fighters….America saved the world from this tyranny many times before and we will save it again.. Marilyn, what is going on in the Civil Court rooms across America is an illegal and unconstitutional tyranny..THESE CIVIL COURTROOMS ARE CRIME SCENES……This may be worse than what is going on in non-judicial fraudclosures states, Judicial States are just giving the illusion they are giving you a day in court and it is costing all of us alot of time and money and making this illegal tyranny alot more money……At the end of the day, the bottom line is the Judges and the Attorneys are all working for the Criminal Investors…THIS IS WAY MORE EVIL AND SINISTER, DIABOLICAL IN FACT THAN A NON-JUDICIAL FRAUDCLOSURE….ALL ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND ILLEGAL….ONE IS JUST WAY MORE EVIL AND DECEPTIVE ABOUT IT…….Fannie and Freddie for example are investors and their main investor is none other than ………. the IMF….BLOOMBERG REPORTED THE IMF ARE THE BIGGEST BONDHOLDER IN FANNIE MAE…DOMINIQUE STRAUSS KAHN and all that stuff with him and the maid?……….hmmmmmm……..MERS WEBSITE STATED THAT FANNIE MAE IS AN INVESTOR….IN MY FAKE LOAN, NOT THE OWNER OF MY FAKE LOAN……they do not OWN our fake loans or our homes, that is also a big lie, a trick,a mind game, but Fannie Mae’s attorney network, Fisher and Shapiro and PHH mortgage which is I believe, BOFA…(.they are the master servicer of all of these fake loans though they have diverted some to other tranches like Chase, Deutshce, Wells Fargo and other servicers) is who brought the fraudclosure in my case….They are both investors, not owners of my fake loan…Remember only the trustee for the trust can bring the fraudclosure….That lying attorney told me a couple of truths today and one thing he told was true, the criminals destroyed all of the notes…..WHY WOULD HE TELL ME THAT??? These attorneys are acting as agents for the criminal investors and that is obvious…they tell you half truths but tell you just enough so that you know that these evil bastards are out to screw us and take everything away from all of us, sooner or later…..Unless we start standing up for ourselves….but what I see is these Judges are drunk with power and are as out of control as all of the criminals who committed the fraud in the first place….What is going on in American is a sin against God’s people and …I hope God burns this whole entire illegal and unconstitutional tyranny down with all of the traitors to America inside of it…….!

THE JUDGE CAN’T SHOW OR TELL THE HOMEOWNER BUT HE CAN TELL THEM TO GET AN ATTORNEY….THAT LAWYER MAY SEE MORE THAN THE HOMEOWNER….NOT ALL JUDGES ARE ROTTEN TO THE CORE…THERE ARE SOME GOOD ONES….SO THEY CAN ONLY TELL YOU TO GET HELP…

Maybe when the the truth comes out that the banks are coming to court with fraudulent docs and the Judges are allowing these criminals to steal the homes of the American people that they do not own and never did own…….and ALL OF THE ATTORNEYS are acting like criminals and not protecting the property rights of the people…..the people will rise up and barbq the attorneys, the judges, the hedgefund managers, the WallStreet Ceos.members of CONgress and anyone else involved in throwing America under the bus and stealing everything away from the American people that WE THE PEOPLE all paid for via our taxes……….If the judges and the attorneys were doing their jobs, people would not be losing their homes..TRYING to cover up for WALL STREETS massive collateral debt fraud140 TRILLION DOLLARS WORTH….THEY EFFED UP, NOT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE…….The price for not making the criminals pay for all of their fraud will be left up to the American people…..and that will be the direct result of criminals running the country and no justice for homeowners who are the ONLY VICTIMS HERE……ALL THE REST OF THEM ARE NO MORE THAN LOUSY ROTTEN THIEVES WITH A BAD GAMBLING ADDICTION……AND THEY ALL CRAPPED OUT AND MAINSTREET IS NOT GOING TO PAY FOR IT WITH OUR HOMES…..THAT WE PAID FOR…….
