Boy this is ripe for a protest. I would love to draw up the signs. “HEY JUDGE, HOW MANY FREE HO– USES DID YOU GIVE THE BANKS TODAY”. If these maroons are not run out of town at the end of a figurative pitchfork, then we are toast.

Akerman Senterfit is moderating this view from the bench regarding bankruptcies and forclosures? Ha, ha, ha. Isn’t Akerman Senterfit a “Foreclosure Mill” for Bank of America and other criminal banks? Yes they are. I know from personal experience because I am suing Bank of America for racketeering and fraud among other things and Akerman Senterfit is the law firm representing those monsters. What a joke!! I feel the urge to organize a protest that day right in front of the entrance. Crooks!!
I think they all got their Lic to practice law in a wall Street action call IPO law to race money to still it all …hahahah.

The Judges are outright handing the pretender lenders the homes of the American People on a silver platter everyday…An attorney told me 5000 fraudclosures are being filed everyday……The bigger DISGRACE….. is that THE U.S. GOVERNMENT IS ALLOWING THIS, KNOWING FULL WELL OUR HOMES ARE PAID FOR BY THE PEOPLE….. i do not live in broward county anymore. actually you i bought a new home there in 2004 (owned a home in hollywwod, fl for 13 years) and my tax bill went so high i could not afford it. so i sold the home to get this “save my family from foreclsoure” and moved to hernando county florida. we moved on to a dirt road went to well and septic lowest taxes in florida yet i am still going into foreclosure. funny how you cant run away from your demons. my big mistake was to move and sell my 1st home. should have stayed and delt with life as it was dished out. sad . so here i am in boon fook egypt and wells fargo is dickering with me i received 3 letters the other day from them from the same department from 3 different computers and today i received 2 letters from one of the same guys, sad that these are the people that want to get my home for free and they do not even own it. they told me back in 9/2010 not to pay. so i am a current home owner and never missed a mortgage payment since 1991 unless prearranged. telling us to not pay ???? to appy for hamp??? hamp was suppose to help homeowners that werre “going” to default. i was current and did not want to default. i have a large downpayment on this home i can not walk away. i do not understand o=how lawyers are not jumping all over this as promissaory estoppel. by oral contractr, my contract was told to be broken it is now null and void. it is case law. do not know what to do at this point. have been through hell and back with wells fargo losing every peice of paper work i have ever sent them. do not understand how thi s can continue. if this was done to you please let me know we need to help each other and support/\.

At first I thought “what’s Judge Olson doing tied up w/ that crowd!?” He has a great reputation as an honest, fair, and incredibly smart judge. Then realized the BK judges were there for commercial BK’s — that is, bank bankruptcies — and it fell into place. I wonder if the organizers of the event realize that though.
Bill Heller as moderator; good thing they held this in a center for the performing arts, because getting those BK judges to ignore the behavior of the mills should be quite a performance. With this many judges I’m surprised they’re charging for this though; it’s enough public officials that charging probably violates open meeting laws.
Who supervise this people and Judges,they make so many mistakes!!! that the system itself is broken in so many pieces that is hard to pick up one by one , how much money this banks are paying them, and why the federal government is not doing anything about it.

wow anyone for a protest? This seems more like a cabal of thieves to take more homes away from citizens. Mr. Heller although I have never met him has been trying to take my house for six years. About that letter from Bank of America: you know the one that says the owner of my house is a trust called Fannie Mae 2003-W4 : that closed in March 2003 that is now owned (collated) by JP Morgan Chase : that one. And Countrywide claimed in 2005 that they lost the note when they filed the complaint in 2005 but still owned the note and mortgage. That one. You know Fannie Mae doesn’t even own the loan any more Mr. Heller. or shall I call you Bill. Make a lot of money Bill? doing that line of work? Taxpayer bailout money ? Bill?
