foreclosureweary, maybe we should ALL start boycotting the courthouses and protesting outside of them instead………..en masse….they can’t arrest all of us..if the judges no say fraud is legal…than why should we even go to court…..I had an attorney tell me…don’t even bother showing up to court or answering the fraudclosure…he told me, even if you don’t fight at all you are guarateed to stay in your home until Sept. 2012..!!! They can’t evict all of us…that would take decades…! …Nationwide tax revolt and mortgage revolt…only buy and pay for the neccesities…Stop paying all debts owed to the tyranny….Take our money out of the FDIC banks…..and stop using their credit and debit…..We have to stop feeding the beast……

My local news just reported that an ex-Johnson and Johnson employee is speaking out about the Tylenol Cyanide poisonings that happened around 1980….The ex-employee says that the Tylenol tainting happened in either the production or distribution of the product. Johnson and Johnson are denying his claims are accurate…Things that make you go hmmm….

Marilyn, those shots are a nightmare!…all of my kids got sick from them….You never knows what they are giving your children in those shots it is frightening….One thing I know for sure is you guys are not alone. I know there was a doctor who came out with a study that linked childhood vaccines to autism…Some people wanted to sue the Government and I remember specifically Obama saying you cannot sue the Federal Government…That must be similar to what an attorney told me last fall, the Banks are protected from the U.S. Government by the Constitution..I pray that these children will all have a normal life…

I vent….Chazie is 9 yrs old…non verbal with some untrainable issues…considered disabled. JC is 8 yrs old and talked late and still has a speach problem and some issues when he can’t comprehend what you are saying to him. When JC was little he spoke like in Japanese and had meltdowns…and was under the umbrella of autism…Neither are hyper…thank heavens. Chazie was operated at 5 weeks old for an intestinal blockage…common in boys. At birth they gave him the Htp B shot that was mandated….when he was operated on they said that shot did not cause his blockage…. at 2 months he got the vaccines required at that age…I was against all vaccines period..but try and tell new parents anything….we all moved to Florida and he did fine…on time for all stages….and they still took him in for vaccines…each time he had reactions..he ran high fevers and cried…and where the injected spot was swelled so hugh, got purple and very hot…his skin looked like ready to rip..told this was natural…and he got better. this went on each time but the swelling got so bad it went the whole arm or down to the knee. He didn’t crawl all that much but stood and than walked..said blue clues at 10 months..and loved cartoons….said a few more words but was a quiet child cause he was the only child at that time. At 17 months he had the MMR..with that a total of 8 vaccines given that day…he screamed bloody murder for days. slept 10 minutes at a time..his arms and legs were so swollen purple he could not stand..and the doctor said to give him some drops he would be fine..a week or 10 days later he finally got up..but he was not our Chazie..he ran in circles..screaming…starring into space..did not know who we were and did not want anyone to even touch him…it was a nightmare beyond…any noise a plane flying over a truck going down the street..refused to go out the front door..it was everything..and screamed at the cartoons…nothing normal and we never heard him speak again. Sarasota is not known for doctors of autism…just old people doctors… so we had to go almost 200 miles across state to get any help…It cost thousands and thousands to just doctor him and insurance paid nothing for autism and none of this doctoring did any help. We stopped JC vaccines when he was a year when Chazie was diagnosed. They have not had any since. We were told that alot of people who have kids with autism felt the help their kids got did not much good. But both have gone to school full days since 3 years old…special preK and JC is in public school in a special room with all boys with the same issues…Chazie was taken out of the only school for all sorts of kids with problems..but there was an aide that was not fit for that type of school and we had good reason to pull him out….so he is homeschooled by his Mom…the school had no program to teach a non verbal student anyways. It’s a total waste..but he has said NO very clear..and STOP IT..so we know he has a voice..but something is not connecting. The MRI he just had this year shows his brain is normal. perfect size and eeg showed no signs of seizures..the Neru said the only thing it could be is a genetic problem or the connector are not connecting in the brain and the MRI does not show that deep. There is no help and no doctors who know what the hell they are doing. And genetic testing only proves it is genetic but no help for it…so why have it done…BUT…both boys know the computer better than me and never were trained on it…Chazie years back sat down and took the mouse and went on the computer…it freaked us out…so they both have their own laptop…and Chaxie can figure out a clicker for a tv and VHS player and I can’t even do it. So are they normal and I have autism or what. Now you know why I am a fighter for what is right…..

Terribly sorry for your pain Marilyn……but you are a fighter….the rewards I’m sure, have brought you great joy.

I vent…I went over to Neil Garfields site and read some comments…and came across one comment that hit home with my daughters foreclosure….go there and look under ‘ recent post ‘ for Kentucky AG ..go there.. down to comments…go till
you see Nora C. ….this may help alot of people…..in my daughters foreclosure the first set of documents did not show any proof and was dismissed… the judge telling the plaintiff lawyer to summit the documents for proof…the second set was the same documents….I sat down to compare the pages and found on the first set the last page of the note under the signature was a large “X”…the second set they filed the last page of the Note had NO X…..instead it had a stamped endorsement WITHOUT RECOURSE ” Washington Mutual FA and a signature…in the blank area it had a very faint stamp..impossible for us to read…..but everyone said their endorsement said ..with recourse….so we were left wondering why hers said without recouse…We were told that was tampering with evidence…that is what she had on her sign in Tallahassee….copies of the 2 notes…big letters tampering with evidence…walking among the bankers assoc. in the Senate Bldg. LOL WELL, Nora said if it says “WITHOUT RECOURSE ” YOU GOT THEM IN COURT.. AND JULIE HAS THAT….Nora also says to keep making them comply to your request for the original…and some peon may screw up and send you the copy…without recourse. This may help you or someone else and I thought you are so great in explaining things…maybe you would tell other what to look for…..or what / how to file a motion over and over to get the original copy with endorsement. Just a thought to help others in their fight to save their house……..

Maryland doesn’t care either – lawyers come into courts, lie casually, seize house after house. About the only people who get to avoid this travesty of justice are the ones who have managed to remain employed, and while there are numerous Government jobs in the DC area, not everyone is fortunate enough to have a degree or an advanced degree or any hope of job security. Again, blame Wall Street for destroying any and all job security for a majority of Americans. Shame them for exporting jobs!
