Yes, but HOW do we get the rule of law back? It is the same trick some wife-abusers use, they behave SO badly, while acting gentlemanly to everyone they meet, putting up a good front, that it is just impossible for people the abusers meet to believe that they could be abusers – it is just so unbelievable, so preposterous! How do we get the lawyers, the judges, and the state bars to be interested in enforcing the so-called “ethics” the lawyers and judges are supposed to be operating by, in the face of the politics and friendships and good-ole-boy network? HOW? How to get any real justice? That is the question and the problem, what can we do? Most of us have only one or two lawyers in the state that will take on pro-actively fighting these crooks, like Matt Weidner in Florida is doing. The rest will file bankruptcy for you, maybe make it take a while for the foreclosure to be final, but do not want to take this on. Yet that is what the homeowners NEED desperately, a pro-active attack on the banks, from ALL SIDES. How can we get this? The banks have clearly broken laws and committed fraud – why can’t the “law” see it? Why must we homeowners prove it beyond any and all doubt and beyond any ability of the courts to turn a blind eye and deaf ear? Something is definitely rotten in Denmark as the saying goes. Where is the ACLU?

For example, there is another website allegedly run by an experienced Wall Street insider, one that appears to be on the side of “right.” Keep in mind that the military has always had the idea of winning hearts and minds to defeat the enemy. Many websites allege concern for the millions of unemployed, millions who are losing their homes, but upon closer scrutiny they appear to be set up as distractions for people who have much more important fights to wage against thieves. In other words, these websites are paid for by Banksters who want to hi-jack legitimate rage! If this sounds paranoid or conspiratorial, you have no clue how malacious Wall Street is.
