tonycat…..You are right that we should at least say the state we live in….that helps those in other states to ask if anyone knows a lawyer that is in their state. I vent said there are no lawyers ( that she has found ) in Indiana…but maybe someone else in that state may know of some…..Not finding a lawyer must be an awful pressure when in foreclosure……In Florida…We the People have Mark Stopa …out of Tampa….he has 4 offices in other parts of Florida….look up Mark Stopa and give them a call….

Rob…..You got that right….birds of feathers flock together….Bondi proved herself right after sitting in the chair of AG….and her mouth proved it……Scott has the back ground to fit a vulture….both have proven they are not for the people of Florida…..if so…where and when……….??

Just an idea – would it not help if everyone who writes in to this blog would tell what STATE they are in? Often a lawyer is mentioned, who is helping. Or it is mentioned that the blogger/homeowner writing in HAS a lawyer who is handling their case. I see many folks write in who NEED a lawyer for foreclosure defense or aggressive lawsuit re home title. But there is no way to know what state. In other words, we need to help bloggers FIND a lawyer in their state. In my own state of North Carolina, it is a real problem. And our Legal Aid lawyers are turning down homeowners in foreclosure who are actually qualified for help, according to the income rules. I guess the Legal Aid lawyers are just overwhelmed. But it seems to me we could all help to match up homeowners in need who blog on this site with lawyers in their own state who might be able to help, or at least enable the homeowners to inquire. Any other opinions out there on this?

I would like to see Bondi held responsible for the public information she reveals. After weeks or months…..this is all that has been revealed for the firings of 2 tireless public servants…..does this suggest that Pammy is going to deny responsibility……that it was someone else’s fault that this happened?…..I don’t think she can validate the results, but her buddy Rick Scott may be able to bail her out…..2 peas in a pod….and thick as thieves! Pammy should be taken to task and Ricky the crooked Governor, must be impeached before he steals the state for corporate interests………with his INSANE plans to break the backs of the middle class….what is left of it! Florida is about it’s beauty and sub and tropical nature….these people want only to destroy our resources!

Yes, they should be vindicated. And Bondi should be PERSONALLY LIABLE to pay them restitution. These two ladies are heroes of the people.

Bondi is nothing more than a special-interest serving puppet who is derelict in her duties in the role of an AG – which is to act in the best interests of consumers.

Jeezus, I thought my state had the most corrupt Bank Friendly Government – anyway, the injustices wrought on the side of right will only escalate, we know it. Here’s a quote from Chris Hedges that is inspiring:

Praying for June Clarkson & Theresa Edwards to be vindicated & rewarded for their accomplishments to Investigate with sucess ! The Orlando Sentenial News Article did not name MARSHALL WATSON LAW FIRM as they should have-perhaps because MW is once again being investigated. Yes, even though they were fined 2 million dollars and signed an “Assurance Agreement” to stop illegal foreclosures and follow the RULE OF LAW, they continue to file frivilous documents and Serve numerous defendants that do not even exist.
Most Ironic is these two outstanding women were supposed to receive, on behalf of the Ag’s Office, the 2 million $ payments from Watsons Law Firm ? DID MARSHALL WATSON PAY THE FINES ?Who replaced June & Theresa? Is Patricia Arango & Caryn Graham still employed with Watson or did Watson hire new ROBO SIGNORS? How much longer will Marshall Watson be allowed to continue FRAUD ON THE COURTS-and Citizens ????? Will the Ag’s Office Assure Consumers their Assurance Agreement is enforced ? very doubtful-because they fired their best investigatiors, when it should have been BONDI that was FIRED.
