Me too, Rob…I don’t think alot of people know this is going on in Chicago……Time to start spreading the word and get on our walking shoes! It is supposed to be warming up here into the 70’s next week so hopefully more people will start showing up!

Looks like the protests are gaining steam and getting well organized…I found a link to Occupy Chicago… http://occupychi.org/ I did not even know about this if I did not watch the pictures of the day last night on my local news and they showed pics of the protesters….I guess they have been meeting and marching in front of the Federal Reserve Building at Jackson and Lasalle all week! I am going to try to go down there Sunday..I read on the live chat at #OccupyWallStreet last night they are calling for 25,000 protestors in NY this weekend…! I read there is an Occupy Vatican City..Woo Hoo…This is going to be getting really interesting… The MSM and Obama/CONgress are not going to be able to ignore all of us much longer….!

lies is all they tell, what we really want, and what we really deserve, after this massive defrauding by all of these pretender lender, is clear title to our homes…..with monetary restittution…and that is what we all deserve….we already paid way too much for our homes…..all of the rest of this crap is just more fraud so they can collect more ill gottenn gains….they all belong in prison!

That’s great Rob! There are no attorneys like this in Chicago. I am now thinking of looking at using the criminal aspects of my case as leverage…… I have been looking at Illinois Forgery Law and it does not look good for them…….Under Illinois Law (720 ILCS 5/17-3) a person commits the Illinois crime of Forgery when, with the intend to defraud, they knowingly, (1) makes or alters any document apparently capable of defrauding another in such manner that it purports to have been made by another or at another time, or with different provisions, or by authority of one who did not give such authority; or (2) issues or delivers such document knowing it to have been thus made or altered; or; (3) possesses,, with intent to deliver, any such document knowing it to have been thus made or altered; or (4) unlawfully uses a digital signature, as defined in the Finacial Institutions Electronic Documents and Digital Signature Act; or, (5) unlawfully uses the signature device of another to create an electronic signature of that other person, as those terms are defined in the Electronic Commerce Security Act. Under Illinois law, it is not necessary that you acturally create a document that is fake or false. Under Illinois Forgery law, merely possessing a forged document is sufficient to be considered guilty of a Forgery. My bell is rung…Rob….they should not be getting away with fraud, in any court….
Bloomberg just had a very interesting report called A WORLD WITHOUT BANKS…I will look for the link and post it here…CEO of Deutsche saying Financial Industry is facing “Tectonic Shift”. WOW? really? now that the damage has been done to millions of defrauded american citizens…..They were allowed to overleverage and overspeculate, in other words, commit massive fraud, get filthy rich, screw everybody and hand all of us the bill for all of their debt they created off of the credit of the U.S. TAXPAYER?…..Credit they knew they had nowhere near enough collateral to back up, they were only backed up by our signatures when the massive bubble they intentionally created blew up the economy? They all need to go to prison….for me fighting this fight has become a matter of principle……If we did this…we would have been in prison a long time ago..
