We have B of A here modifying loans and they will be here tomorrow too. There is a protestor with a sign seeking class action participants. She has a website: loanmodtrouble@hotmail.com. Her name is Karen Laing and she has one of those modifications where her notes somehow ended up in a “special” account not credited to her loan so B of A did what all of these guys are doing, they went ahead and said she owed the entire amount

yes hector they want us to walk away. give them a free house. all we want is a mortgage we can afford to pay. wells fargo even with the help of marco rubio senator from miami floridas office, will not admit that they are inept. they want to contiue dual tracking me. instead of admitting they told me not to pay. take me out of foreclosure and mediate a reasonable mortgage. they rather me short sale, or go tto court???
