I agree. I’ve swapped several e-mails with the guy, and find him to be conscientious, sincere, and responsive. I almost NEVER vote Democratic, being a very conservative guy, but these issues have me re-considering some of those votes.

Banks would be forced to work out deals with property owners and refinaning agreeable to both. With new documents in place the old one would no longer matter. Thus would end all the fraudulent documents manufactured by LPS, lawyers, and others. I applaud the work of Rep Darren Soto. This man has a heart for the people. He is not just a shyster hanging around for a hand-out under the table from the banking criminals. Thanks Rep Soto, you are a great American.
