That is exactly why we need to claim OCCUPY and use our voices, wherever we are to support the movement verbally in every blog or venue available. Talk it up, put in on fb and other media, video something for YouTube but get your voice out there and claim the people who are demonstrating. Everyone in the media is saying they are leaderless and they have no claims. We can tell them what to claim and voice. We need restitution for criminal fraud, reduction in principal across the board for all who apply, regardless of credit. If they loaned to us once they can fix it for less now. What have they got to lose! OCCUPY is working for US against banks and Wall Street. I totally believe in what they are doing and WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THEIR CA– USE.

These have been the only servicer willing to work out a modification period!
Now everyone thinks GMAC is hard to work with, you should try Wells Fargo, Bank of America or Chase. Just like wading through Jello. Absolutely ineffective on any remote level. I have an attorney suing two of these and still can’t get them to cooperate on a modification.
The problem is 1,000 times worse than anything written on it. Most people just don’t stand a chance of ever getting information on their loan or a modification.
Today Obama blasted B of A for its debit card fee! That is small potatoes o what B of A and others are guilty of. Get Real Obama.
I will vote for him because the alternative is a hundred times worse economically for people like me but I can tell you this for a fact. Looking under the street light for something you lost in the dark just because it is brighter there won’t get it. People are too smart for that.
Has the President got his petition website running yet?
If so, lets all check it out and send him a blurb about what he needs to be paying attention to. Look out your window Prez, OCCUPY may be headed to D.C. soon?

incompetence and enabling of the government to allow banks, servicers
to continue their criminal activities. Not until the tax payers, the people who
fund this country through their wages have had enough will this stop. The
parasitical behavior of over half of the citizens who pay no taxes, and in some
cases do not work is stopped. Everyone needs to have skin in this game. Everyone
needs to have input into how this country works.
