Even then (Oct 2010) they were calling it “errors” “misrepresentations” when in fact some of the slides in the presentation clearly stated FRAUD. I feel bad for these investors because they bought it hook, line and sinker from the banksters. My question is why weren’t they watching the hen house? Simple: greed! As long as the returns were coming in at such a high rate they didn’t bother…when the bubble burst and the returns turned downward now they grab attention…. They should be in court suing the Banks for worthless paper MBS’s and drum roll to 2011, that is exactly what they are doing!
