See if there is one in your state. While you might have to drive some distance to get to the nearest lawyer, it is worth a try to see if you can get an appointment with him or her. Another help may be Max Gardner’s Foreclosure Defense Bootcamp site – he is in North Carolina. But he has a list of past attendees of his bootcamp. Try these things. Do NOT give up! Why hasn’t the Government done anything about this? It talks about the state of Massachusetts but what about the other States like the one I’m in, the State of Arizona or the other State I am in, the State of Confusion and despair.
I had an original lender who lied and decieved me then they say they sold it to Countrywide with nothing Recorded or stamped on the Deed of Trust … and for years they would not tell me who owned my loan. Not even when I sent them 2 QWR’s.
Now the banksters at Bank of America filed in June a fradulent Assignment (Robo Signed) and on it says my Note is in the hands of BONY. Which went through the process of MERS.
