Rick Scott is a spokesman for the wealthy conservatives. and big banks. His plan is to complete the destruction of the middle class still suffering from the bank caused recession of 2007. Cut back unemployment, give banks carte Blanche to foreclose fast and without proof thru his push to make Florida into a non judicial state. scott made millions on health care fraud turned down 1.2 from the feds for a no lose rr deal from tampa to orlando which by 2020 will be the 6th commerical pathway reduce injury congestion give the state 26000 jobs with no cost increases contractor guarenteed because profit made on orlando to miami leg instead ok for a rr to nowhere orlando to titusville could it have put some $ in his pocket now he wants to let the banks reposse houses like cars i wonder what could have given him a bright idea like that if caught he knows already how to beat the charges if any . It appears that if you need any thing dirty done come to fl home of the bribe and the free if you are a crook.there should be a law past not that anybody pays attention to laws except innocent citizens if you want whats mine come for it yourself don’t send the cops to do your dirty work see who will now steal from you.

Why not just quintuple the fees charged to banks to foreclose? And then double the charge every time they file a fraudulent document, ask for a postponement, lie to the court, file a document that has been robosigned, has a counterfeit signature or counterfeit notarization, produce a “ta-daaaaah!!” miraculously found lost note, or try to argue that MERS is a legitmate party to the foreclosure.

Yep, that ought to fix the funding problem.
