What is the number of people who applied for mods who applied for those mods in Q3? I would like to know how many mods were denied during Q3 as apposed to the 52,000 approved?

Malco…..I know…. I think like you on this one………try to steal from me and you got war! Itell them to fuck off…….on the phone….so they stopped beating the dead horse with that stick…..I am scheduled for mandatory mediation in Jan, 2012…….and they will be in for a big surprise and a very ugly time…..I am a backhoe and they can’t move me….without my signature……THEY WILL NEVER CLEAR TITLE……EVER!

In reply to housemanrob. Yeh Rob, I keep a log of the idiots that I call there , I have been assigned probably 16 or 17 different "specialists" in the last couple months . I dog them w/ questions and get dead silence .I tell them I am ready to " lawyer up" and sue them -F them ! Bring to my county courthouse and a jury of MY PEERS ! They do not know what to do with me , I write to Brian Moynihans office on a regular basis ,he is the CEO of B of A , take the fight to them -Good Luck
