Honest judges definately need "props" because they seem to be swimming against the tide. So, when one of these judges steps up - they need to be held up as an example.

I have heard and read about so many judge stories - it is really disturbing.

My goodness, a couple of years ago, some attorney peers of mine decided to go after a Florida family court judge who was essentially plying sexual favors from women in return for favorable judgements. What an absolute demon pig.

What is the required 'voting' for the decision by this court? Do all of the judges have to be in agreeance? The ultimate was the ruling by the lower courts would be upheld?

I have said so many times before in my rants, that the circuit courts in Florida are controlled by a secret play book. It is only at the appeal level there is a measure of justice. This case shows us the appeals court has no confidence in the rulings of the circuit courts. And if they have no confidence, how can we the people believe these apostate and shyster judges are ruling by the rule of law?

I wish there were civil and criminal penatlies for judges. This would stop all this evil when they are no longer granted immunity for their criminal behavior.

I thank God for the appeals court judges who cannot be bought under the table with big bank dollars.
