Quinn might consider it Bobbi, people and some politicians are screaming that it is Unconstitutional for Quinn to lay off 1900 State Workers… He has the price of doing business in this state so high that the CME Group is threatening to leaveChicago….He is bleeding everybody to cover up for all of the corruption…….he is running a close second with that Nazi Scott Walker up in Wisc…Occupy the Capitals and the State houses should be next on our lists…!

He Rak’d both BOA and the SEC over the coals two years ago on a whitewash settlement and ended up tripling? the kiss on the wrist fine the SEC had negotiated. May the good judge be in a bad mood when this case comes in front of him.

Judge Rakoff is known for a scathing ruling in September 2009, when he rejected a proposed $33 million settlement between the agency and Bank of America over its acquisition of Merrill Lynch. The judge called it a sweetheart deal for the bank that had been done “at the expense, not only of the shareholders, but also of the truth.” (He later grudgingly approved a $150 million settlement.)
