Your tiltle history is at the recorder of deeds office………Mine says no new deed has been recorded since my orignal deed was paid off…FOR A PRETENDER LENDER TO SIMPLY RIGHT IN A NEW PIN # ON A PAID OFF DEED IS FRAUD……..No new deedwith that new pin # has been recorded in 19 years…The recorders office told me, my house is paid for because of that…I can live in it, sell it or do whatever I want with it…..to just record a mortgage does not create a lien…a paragraph of a deed with the forged initials of the homeowner on it, is not a new deed….that is fraud….
