I hope you’re running for President! You got my vote… I am NOT a “DEADBEAT” homeowner, as 99.9% are NOT, I am a homeowner who knew, at my B.S. Closing, I was screwed. I have a ton of evidence in at least 2 of 4 seperate loans, within 2 yrs. Both loans are with Wachovia/Wells Fargo, Wachovia/World Savings, Peoples Choice Home Loans, Specialized Loan Servicing LLC, MERS, (Topaka Love is my robo-signer). It took me 4 yrs. to find a lawyer, but my lawyer “does not have the time”, as she put it, weeks before my trial, to do anything for me. She has “arranged” the worse thing that can happen, JUST A RECISSION, she is not asking for any damages, NOTHING… I AM SUPPOSED TO GIVE UP ANY OTHER LEGAL PROCEEDINGS, OBSOLVE THEM OF ALL CRIMINAL, UNFAIR, DECEPTIVE, UNCONSCIONABLE ACTS, CONTINUE THEIR UNJUST ENRICHMENT, AND PAY THEM WHAT THEY “SAY” I HAVE TO PAY THEM BACK. There is so much fraud in my loans, all the conspirators should be in prison, but I have not and will not get a fair Trial with my representation and judicial system.
I am the plaintiff, Rita Cheche v. Wachovia, (Wittstat Title & Escrow) in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Norfolk Division Civil Action No.: 2:09cv577., Trial Date posponed by Judge until Jan. 26, 2012.

There is nothing in the Republican Roster that would not be out of the fat into the fire, unfortunately!
