Now they’ll collect more insurance and will have clear title history on the new house they will build using cheep labor from some poor desprate for work construction worker that was been kickedout foreclosed on by the same BANKSTER! actually its the cheapest method to quiet title and the fastest, then all u do is claim the land, and there may be no lien there. If someone burnt their house down in some madness situation, what business is that of anyone else? and as we already know none of the banksters are able to past the test of ownership. So bankster must have standing to bring a lawsuit and if bankster do not own the thing, how is bankster going to bring this suit?, understand Standing.

Stupendous – if this poor soul is homeless and no hope for the future, at least in jail he will receive shelter, food and clothing. For some, this is a better alternative…albeit it really is not the answer but people are being bled to death, stomped upon and pushed to the outer limits. I agree with Caitlin, I do hope that someone comes to his rescue for his defense in court! Mario made a great point in his posting and it would be soooo bitter sweet if the bank could not prove ownership. Too bad this was not in Nevada, with their new law that just passed!

Aha…good point. Problem is that the poor soul probably does not know how to defend the foreclosure or even how to contest the ownership of the note & mortgage.
