MERS itself has no employees. It is a database held in a server farm. There are no
humans associated with the equipment known as MERS. MersInc is the owner of MERS,
and there are where the employees can be established.
That is why there should always be a legal argument anytime MERS shows up in court
via proxy a human being.

What I do and have done, I do for you. What the kids at Occupy Wall Street do, they do for you and us. Some turn a willful blind eye and some have been programmed to be made afraid to fight. I will fight and continue to fight to my last dying breath and my last dime to expose these criminals and bring them to justice in a) court; b) the court of public opinion; and c) if those are not successful, at the “hands” of the people “literally!”

However, you must read Beau Biden’s lawsuit. Very well articulated. It’s a GPS roadmap to suing MERS on RICO where he calls MERS the “foreclosure enterprise!” As your lawyers move down that path, I would suggest that you seek in discovery, ever communication, document, report, email, and anything that contains the name “Nye Lavalle” and mortgagefrauds@aol.com. Make them produce a privilege log as well!

Good luck and happy hunting while we bring these mortgage mafia families down, one-by-one!!!!

Marilyn, alot depends on how the next 12 months goes what we will all choose to do at election time……Some really smart people are behind this truth movement…they wanted us to wake up and find out the truth and we all learned alot…We all learned alot of stuff..really important stuff…The American people really needed a wake up call..and we sure got it..I read that if the internet existed during the last Great Depression, it wouldn’t have lastest half as long..Dylan Ratigan came out with the truth today on his show…the BANKS OWE trillions in derivatives debt with NO collateral to back that up..yep, around 600 trillion just in mortgage fraud.Thanks to Dylan,…they can’t blame all of us anymore…Now they will either have to pay their own bills or go bust..
