That is why they want Schneiderman out of ‘play.’ Many of the AGs are there to actually counter any activity against the banks. In other words they are protecting them. We need to poll these people for their position. If they are honest they should be in no fear of disclosure. I would venture a guess that TN AG and most who are either appointed or affiliated with the Republican party are walking in lock-step with the same Mitt Romney ideas that the housing market just needs to bottom out. This is shortsighted and demonstrates they have no real background or economic knowledge to see that the banks are holding millions of houses in a state of limbo without foreclosing until granted IMMUNITY, at which time they will dump these properties on a depressed market, allowing their cash sale to foreign buyers, pennies on the dollar or, as Greenspan and some banks are already proposing, scrape and/or burn the houses down.
What state have we arrived at in this country when an entire political party can advocate destruction of people’;s homes rather than making every effort to protect those whom they were elected to represent?
I am appalled at a lack of compassion, ignorance and downright callous attitude toward the honest plight of people who have lost jobs, lost income and now losing homes, not to mention our benefits, healthcare, etc. as if we were some vermin underfoot to be trampled on their way to boost the top 1% echelon.
We have to support OCCUPY and effect a change in this country. Write the Schneidermans and others with similar resolve to prosecute those responsible for criminal fraud. We support your intent!
