Let’s get rolling on the Delaware Trusts that Mr. Biden and the NY AG were investigating. These companies formed their mortgage trusts in DE…most of them seemed to only be alive for a year or less – then many filed paperwork withdrawing from SEC filing requirements due to size (say…whatever happened to the billions in assets and numerous shareholders after that?)….most interesting dig, I’m sure.

For the trust that our mortgage was put into – it did the same SEC filing withdrawal almost exactly a year after formation. Sued for mutiple frauds – underwriting, failing to adhere to prosectus, etc., etc. — well, again – here are mortgage trusts that were formed to confuse investors, confuse mortgage holders, commit fraud, etc. So, I’m hoping these two AG’s and their staff uncover all of the sludge and act on it.
