Marilyn, I agree on all that you said..I was making dinner and doing some critical thinking about the Pres…I saw part of his speech to the college kids I think it was on Wednesday..The Pres spoke about how when he and Michelle graduated college they had a combined college debt of $120,000 dollars…how both of their families rented most of their lives but yet, they were still able to pay down their college debt and buy a home and na, na, na…First off, he and Michelled were obviously able to find good paying CAREERS right out of school and pay off their debt and buy a home…This is not the case for most of these kids today who are having to work miminum wage jobs and live at home with their parents because they can’t find careers in their field of choice…I think the Obamas have a real grudge against America….and I will tell you why…Michelle Obama made that crack about how for the first time in her life she is proud of this Country…WTF? Then there is Obama’s upbringing which he always brings up how he was raised mostly by his Grandparents…and I know they had no health insurance and they were not wealthy and his father was mostly absent from his life…My sister in law told me a while back to read Obamas book Dreams from My Father….she told me she thinks he is messed up in the head from whatever occured or didn’t occur in his childhood…and he can’t be trusted…I did not read the book yet, but I believe her…i see it more and more…I believe he wants all of us to feel the pain he suffered growing up….on steroids….I believe his wife is just as bitter if not more bitter than he is…His bullshit fixes for what has occurred here in America to the 99% and no criminal prosecutions of the criminals…. prove one thing to me…he is all in on the plan to destoy us….mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionallly….Did you ever see the you tube video where he makes fun of the Bible and the book of Leviticus??…and at his swearing in he did not place his hand on the Bible..?? You have to love a judicial state where the judge really knows the ropes! The doc above is from the Nye Lavalle reference in the link above and is a transcript of a suit. It reads like the Keystone Cops and I had to laugh because the judge apparently had their number. MERS suing self with so many twists and turns, can’t figure out who owns what or who is suing who!
Unfortunately we have few in the judicial system that will take the time to investigate and call people on deck to answer for their mess.
So much ignorance, so little patience for the truth is what we deal with every day in this sham. I will repeat again that the key to dismanteling MERS is through municipalities and investors suing this mythical nominee (database) set up by the banks to facilitate their foreclosure deception. They have now twisted themselves into a corkscrew and are seeking immunity to extract themselves from a self-created maze to grease the slippery slope of deception.
No sympathy for deception and fraud regardless of whether people defaulted on their loans or not. This is not a victimless crime issue. This is blatant deception and these banks are not above the law. If this is true then Bernie Madoff is sitting in FCI Butner for life for nothing more than what the banks are doing every day, multiple times. Don’t think Bernie’s benefactors didn’t know they had something a little unusual on hand too. Back to the subject: Banks lied, they sold off to the highest bidder pieces of our homes and defrauded investors and stayed around to service the foreclosures they knew would come, even set up MERS to handle them.

The key to winning for homeowners is to discredit MERS as a banking construct scheme, designed to deceive and cheat investors, the law, municipalities, registrars, etc.! By default Homeowners will win if MERS is discredited. Banks through MERS thumbed their electronic nose at the world and took down a global economy. MERS needs to go down! And what a crash that would be, ……wouldn’t it?
You go after the offspring (MERS) to get to the parents (BANKS). Plain and Simple.

I vent….I remember when the ‘ new ‘ Pope died….he was in for a very short few days…and his death was a mystery to many Catholics….many felt he was murdered….and yes..there are many good ones serving the church….but I also read that when the IMF head was arrested in New York for rape or whatever…he was held due to orders given…they wanted him out….reason given was others did not like that he was leaning on the side of people…was getting to ‘ soft ‘….and the hold orders were to give the IMF time to replace him….after that was done he was set free to go back to his country. If he had actually gone against the IMF…he would have been killed..but he was just leaning …not doing……..yet today he still cannot speak to defend himself….he will never be able to tell the world that he was charged and held by this country in a complete set up. The IMF is in Washington DC.
