We have also been of a victim of this elusive Mr. Steven Baum. Too many times no calls were ever concerned. When on the rare ocassion u were lucky enough to get someone one the phone, their belligerence was unbelievable. Also to blame here are the banks and mortgage companies who hire him. They know full well what kind bottom feeder he is. He collects his fee from those who hire him plus a fee from the people he goes after. Should the people be lucky enough to sell their home before the hammer comes down, he makes sure he gets his before the unlucky homeowner gets to see a penny.He has brought “double dipping” to a whole new level. I dont see Uncle Sam, auditing his tax returns, of course not cause he knows how to get around it. . If there is a class action suit, I definitely want to be part of it.

It's in bad taste, but, remember.. we all live in this culture.. no wonder these people are tainted. However, this comment was hilarious.. made me laugh out loud!!

I plan on providing a lengthy response to the law firm and its employees by this evening. I wrote an article entitled “Is Divine Right a Plague in the United States of America?” that I posted on facebook December 3, 2010, before OCCUPY recognizably took off across the U.S. alone. I believe the article’s comparisons are quite different than what we have read in the past — I think. The statistics and visible mood of the country have changed, but I’m going to leave it as I wrote it back in December. People can read it or not, but I’m putting it out into the universe again because the mockery is despicable.

Rob….I may have been gone those few days when you talked of mandatory mediation….but somehow I remember you saying your lawyers had it together….I do remember lately you said judge was scheduling you for summary judgement…..Now it is back to mandatory mediation ? ( Now you know why I needed an attorney ) there would be no way my daughter or I would even find the time to look all that up and know what and where to put it….how to word it….I know we did very well going to the Law Library for her divorce and child support…plus she had an attorney…but this is a lot more complicated… but this foreclosure stuff is a nightmare compared to getting a divorce…..I read your reply from the team and I had to keep reading it over….half way thru I was lost…..OMG
