House members sent a letter to the OCC and the Fed last week (attached) saying that starting the claims process was premature given that there’s been no transparency and their questions from July have yet to be answered.

Well, you should see the mess that makes up the foreclosure of the condo I had purchased as a future home for my 4 sons while they attended college. Major fraud = in fact the registrar in that county is suing MERS, the banksters and the robosigning law firms associated with these foreclosures……and yet, if I were to go after the bank (WELLS FARGO), I guess its up to me alone. Well, so be it.
