I would just like to add one more thing about the Chase release of mortgage to myself and my husband…I called the FBI about this and they told me to call any Chase branch and ask them to give me the Original Mortgage and Note that they released to us in 2000….I think everyone should start calling the second bankster who released the orignal mortgage and note and ask them for the Originals to be returned to us. That should be a real treat..I was talking to a friend who paid her house off to CITI..but never got the Original Mortgage and Note stamped paid returned to her. She called CITI and asked them for her originals and they told her they don’t handle that…..We investigated her paperwork and she uncovered that the title company forged her husbands name on a release to public…The title company admitted they forged her husbands name on that doc and apoligized and told her they were just in a hurry….and needed the doc signed…She spoke to her attorney who told her that she could get the girl from the title company fired but why do that? Well I would definitely go after that title company for that…Why would they forge her husbands name conveying her mortgage to public? That is fraud. I looked at her public recordings and her mortgage has only been partially released…according to the recordings..She went to the recorders office and they told her they don’t know how that happened but she is safe…HMMM…..Her attorney told her that she is safe and her title looks clean…I told her I would not rest until I had that Original Mortgage and Note stamped paid and in my possession.. I told her that Note is a check and if that is still floating around anyone can come back with a copy and say that you owe them money..Like PHH mortgage says I owe them money..I never borrowed any money from PHH mortgage…and there has never been an assignment recorded to date..yet they still filed a fraudclosure complaint on me….and Fannie’s attorney network are repping PHH mortgage…but I know they are really repping Fannie Mae…I never signed a contract with them either…and PHH has joined us as the defendant to fraudclose on MERS…stating that MERS holds the mortgage and the note…but I never borrowed any money from MERS either..and PHH claims they have the note…..and the refi was with AMCORE BANK NA and on title they call themselves AMCORE BANK NA MERS…is bankrupt…and there is no proper release or assignment on public record…to any of them..lies, lies, lies and more lies..

I would just like to add that we bought our home in 1992… an attorney told me that CHASE bought out Margaretten in 1994….CHASE released the mortgage to us and our heirs in 2000……that is the very same year they gave us an all new pin # and did not tell us…that is where all of the Origination Fraud is hidden under the old pin….NO ASSIGNMENTS recorded either..Then I have an affadavit from 2000 that states that both First Midwest and Chase owned the loan…they are all idiots!

Yes Marilyn I heard that to about Wamu and Chase…there is alot of scum floating around this global cesspool of fraud and forgery…They are all going to pay for this and be held accountable.. I told my sister, I will not rest until I cause at least one of them to get criminally indicted for what they did…CHASE is on my title to…they aquired Margaretten Mortgage, my original pretender lender…which means the same thing applies to them in my case….no legal assignment to my collateral deed in 18 years means my house is paid for is what my recorder of deeds office told me, I can live in it, sell it or do whatever I want with it…I think I will sue all of the dirty bastards on title..starting with MARGARETTEN AND CHASE…I found out that Margaretten is still doing business as MARGARETTEN to this day….I sent them a comment….are you Fannie Mae? and they booted me off of the website and did not post my comment..LMAO!!!

Marilyn, this CONTRACT that the politicians must sign…can be a NEW AMENDMENT…added to the U.S. CONSTITUTION….We should start emailing and calling our State Legislatlors now..and demand this CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH WE THE PEOPLE BE MADE INTO LAW……No more of these politicians saying one thing, and crossing their fingers behind their backs like they are 10 year olds in grade school and lying to all of us…!
