Folks cant stand the fact that home owners are actually living in their homes for so many years with out paying a mortgage. In MIami its not uncommon for someone to be 5 6 years in to foreclosure process. Why? Because of all the shady paper work done by the banks. Lawyer up and your file goes to the OH SHIT PILE. frauddie Mac does not have any original notes. Lawyer and gibe the banks hell! Audit your whole loan. This is why we have all the courts clogged up. Then go to Bankruptcy court and make them produce the note to a federal judge. Since they don’t have it, the foreclosure will be set aside and they will have to start all over again. IF they can actually find that securitized note that was pledged over and over and over and over. Ron Paul for President! Freeedom!

One thing you are right about, it doesn't matter what attorney works on the file. Because these attorneys and maybe you are without soul, morally bankrupt and without conscience. You will all get what you deserve for destroying millions of lives. Take the attitude "you didn't pay your mortgage" and shove it up your a$$.
