Many are in prison for trying. The rate of incarceration for those going against banks in court is over 98%. The banks will spend the money and do whatever to win as to lose brings the truth to too many folks.

Hopefully that is changing.

There are plenty more like him. Plenty of public servants who will do the bidding of their paymasters, out of stupidity, fear, sometimes greed and always politics. It has been thoroughly documented how the courts are frequently a play ground for corruption. Any novice, after fighting for their home, has a far different impression of the shady bullshit that passes for justice, then they may have had before. Those with a wheelbarrow of cash stand far better chances of “winning”. The poor are just prey to a broken processing system. Maybe at the end of all this, the courts too will be eviscerated in their current forms, and recreated into something that more truthfully represents the lofty ideals that are now just plastered over a broken system.
