The OCC and Federal Reserve reviewed independent consultant and subcontractors for conflicts of interest prior to approval. FRS was neither proposed nor reviewed.

reserve we are all pissed yes i am one those you speak about worked hard all my life 12 hour shifts as an RN for wells fargo to lie on my mortgage application in 2006 to approve me for a 200k mortgage i could never afford on my own. my HUSBAND WAS UNEMPLOYED and they left him of the note i guess to make my mortgage have a better rating . lets not forget the appraisal fraud , and the 2009-current modification fraud. losing paper work moving files. i have written every one occ, pam bimbo, senators, congressman. do you think i have gotten one one ounce of help????? all i get is every entity telling me they forwared my corespondence with wells fargo. thats reminds me of an analogy….lets see………… the gingerbreadman taking the ride on the alligator and then was eaten. i am so sad to be going through this, if only when i applied for a mortgage there were standards. like verifying income. a single person can only qualify for a certain amount on one salary (mortgage not more than unemployment) what were they all thinking.
