It floors me how they continue this agregious fraudclosure, when there is so much proof out there of their unclean hands and lack of authourity to foreclose. Please email and write your government officials to call a moritorium on foreclosures until discovery, and all investigations are done, in order for our government officials to avoid enabling the victimizing of all Americans being tossed from our homes, by criminals. Fill out fraud reports to your local police department. Send letters to your alleged debt collectors and qualified written letters of request to prove they have the authority to collect this alleged debt you object to their authority and deni you owe this alleged debt to them. They can hold the note, but not have the authority to collect the alleged debt. Read livinglieswordpress and all the listed contacts helping us on the right of this page. Constant contact with our officials lets them know we are no longer asleep at the wheel. Look up the letter from the Bankers Ass. From Sam Geduldig, Steve Clark, Gary Lytle, and Jay Cranford dated November 24, 2011, that shows the 99% are worring the bankers, therefore they are threatening the politicians, they will dig up dirt on the politicains and it will cost them politically if they show public sympathy in any way with the 99%. Flat out threat gone public. Let our politicains know the banks may buy the adverising and the champagnes, but they can not buy the votes and we are policing our government, and expect honest fudiciary duty from our officials for public interest and not the interest of the banks. I am told by parties in the Credit Union financial institutes that they are all overwhelmed with the 99% changing their accounts to credit unions, and are hardly able to keep up with the demand. We are making a difference. I hope more people cancel their credit cards or flat out refuse to pay them. We need to cut these criminals off at every level we can. I believe they have committed crimes at every step, I believe they are most likely organized criminals in the identity theft arena also. We have been so screwed by them so Schrew them. I have always believed in paying my bills and being responsible. I believe now being responsible is cutting their throats off at every level they have screwed us.
