An anchor at CNN was trying to say what the Occupy movement is doing is illegal…I knew they were lying…The guy from Occupy said yeah, but what the banks are doing by throwing people out of their homes is reckless…There we go again with that STUPID WORD…RECKLESS….LET ME SAY IT IN PLAIN ENGLISH….WHAT THE BANKS ARE DOING IS CRIMINAL…THEY ARE BEING ALLOWED TO STEAL HOMES THEY HAVE NO LEGAL RIGHT TO TAKE….PERIOD…THE BANKS ARE COMMITTING FEDERAL CRIMES IN CIVIL COURT IN JUDICIAL STATES..IN NON-JUDICIAL STATES THEY ARE REALLY GETTING AWAY WITH MURDER…!!

1. If the foreclosure and/or eviction by the Bank was illegal, the bank does NOT lawfully own the house and has no say in what happens to it.

2. If a house is abandoned, it can be legally occupied by “Adverse Possession”. This is the law in all 50 states. If you take over an abandoned house, take good care of it, and pay the property taxes, then, depending on which state, you are entitled to own it within about 5-7 years.
