Yes, if I borrow $1000 a day for a year, I indeed have borrowed $365,000. According to Bernanke, I would only owe $1000 on each instance or a total of $2,000 in these two described situations, not $377,000. No wonder our financial system is in such a mess, the dude don’t know how to count!.!.!
