A couple years ago when I was still talking to the bank, I asked them, didn’t Obama and Congress pass some laws recently that require the banks to work with the homeowners? Their response to me was, “The government can’t make us do anything. The President and Congress can only make suggestions. We can do whatever we want.” So my conclusion is, the banks are a law unto themselves.

I did not see anything regarding working with homeowners to find workout solutions that ALLOW THEM TO STAY IN THEIR HOMES. “It is okay if you neglect to properly and lawfully review the documents, certainly okay not to grant modifications – just make sure you trim the shrubs and mow the lawn of the property you are taking.” Are you kidding me?

I filed a complaint with the OCC at the beginning of my “fraudclosure” experience and can honestly say all the calls, faxing of documents that supported my complaint and constant follow-up was a total waste of time.

Do not waste your time with the OCC. They are an absolute joke.

I should say, the same kind of economic conditions that we are living under today are the same type of economic”fixes” that led to the rise of the Fourth Reich…Socializing their debt onto the people to make us poor can lead to the rise of a dangerous dictator…My take, don’t vote for someone who offers to “fix” the problems by making us pay and letting the criminals off….We cannot move forward without punishing the traitors and other criminals for the crimes they have committed that caused this manufactured crisis…
