Meanwhile, the head of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac -- which represents about half of Stern&#039;s prior caseload -- is testifying to a livid Congress that he&#039;s &quot;puzzled&quot; about why the FL Bar has failed to take any action on Stern.

I&#039;m puzzled too.  At this point, I suspect most Floridian&#039;s are.  Maybe enough that it&#039;s time to amend the FL Constitution by petition to change the makeup of the FL Bar&#039;s attorney discipline committee so that it contains a majority of elected non-lawyers and eliminates the judicial immunity rule.  Something tells me people, regardless of political persuasion, would happily sign off on those two provisions.

The FL Bar has grossly failed to protect the businesses and the people of FL, and deserves to be held accountable.]]></description>
