*FDLE’s 2005 Mortgage Fraud Assessment by OSI (on page 23 near the bottom) states;

“a basic review of courthouse documents to ensure proper filings is a productive method to identify and stop some frauds SUCH AS TAKING ON MULTIPLE INVESTORS FOR THE SAME PROPERTY
and can be done for free on the internet.”

It goes further to say;

“Courthouses should post warnings on criminal action if false filings are performed and the filer should initial a form that identifies this as a crime.”

So why are Florida non-profits (and others) having to file quiet title suits after purchasing foreclosed properties under the neighborhood stabilization program (NSP)?

NSP I & NSP II gave direct funding to Florida cities and counties to acquire and sell foreclosed properties. The problem is that the fraudclosure case lists pretender-lender aka loan servicer as Plaintiff but Fannie/Freddie receives Certificate of Title and purports to convey title to a property(ies) that they do not own.

of course bondi was going to be cleared for the firing of these 2 great women— why would it be any different in the CORRUPT state of florida (home of the free-wheeling scammer david stern)?

this isn’t surprising just more of the same ol’ same ol’ dirt that happens everyday in that state
and damages so many lives. there is no law in florida. everyone knows that. we see it every single day.

best thing to ever happen to the people of Florida and these two courageous women was to get as far away as they possibly can from Bondi and her Banker toe sucking scum bag cohorts.

These women will kick a lot more ass now that they have been booted, nothing like a little truth and passion to feed their inner driving force to go out pound these Banking bastards into the ground.
