I know in my state they must be registered, so I am trying to find out if he actually took the job and if he is registered with the county. If not, I have a list of places already to be notified. This collection agency served me a couple of years ago, wonder if they were doing this then?

it tells you something that the president of the nat’l association of professional process servers
has been caught committing sewer service. obviously, the term “professional” is used loosely
with these people.
