My condo was stolen by HSBC Bank Trustee for Peoples Choice Home Loans (who were closed down by the State of California) I had more equity than what I owed and they wouldn’t accept a reverse mortgage – I lived there for 20 years. I am so angry at our government and Obama that I will NEVER vote again (I am 64 yo) – I have been fighting eviction for 6 months, it’s just a cat/mouse game, but it’s the best I can do at this time.
