That is where the lien would be recorded if one exists. .You can look up what type of assignment is valid in your state…in my state there are 2 types of assignments that secure a lien…an assignment of beneficial interest and a collateral assignment of beneficial interest….You can print out copies of what they are supposed to look like…Google it….What type of assignment secures a property lien in …….name of your state….
