Clearly his first move in such instance is but mere fluff.

I “unit” of this nature should have been set up three years ago. It should have been staffed by law enforcement folks with a track record and history of actually doing their jobs, and also that have no conflicts of interest.

We’ve waited for three years and now we’re served up a nothing burger. Pfft.
