Goes without saying that both parties are letting the banking industry off the hook. You surely won’t see the GOP touting charging the banks with fraud with their pockets full of PAC funds for de-regulation. It is irresistible to turn the blog into a political tool but to support the GOP is what my granny always said,
“Out of the pan into the fire.” Romney and his Coporate personhood, off shore accounts and below 15% tax doesn’t appeal to me as someone who has my interests at heart. His sole credentials is that he has enough money to beat Obama and that is what the party wants and why he is supported. Newt, well he has money the PACS and banking industry behind him but do you really want this guy as president?
Obama by default would be better than any of them.
If you think Republican there is not much chance of changing your mind I know but think about state legislatures that are denying people voting in blocks through ids. That might sent delight through the GOP supporter but is winning by being deceptive fair?
Isn’t that why all of us are here anyway because the financial industry took advantage and did what they could to people and are still doing it? Might makes right? Is that what we have come to in this country?
If you have enough money you can do anything to anyone you want to and you will be supported? All you have to do is tout gun rights, anti-abortion and anti-gay and you are good to go?
You don’t really believe that in your heart do you?
