I have not heard of many break-ins by banksters and their contractors since we were all very vocal on the Internet about shooting these folks if they broke in. I mean – who is to say that robbers wouldn’t use the same line? Anyone could come in your home, right? So, a homeowner has a right to protect themselves if threatened.

In reply to ruth ann traci. Uh, what I read here is that the case is ongoing. What was denied was the Defendant's—that being JPM Chase et al—Motion to Dismiss. The only point on which Ms. Jacobini lost on was the claim for emotional distress. JPM Chase and company sill need to defend themselves on all other points.

So much for filing a formal complaint for them breaking the law, they illegally foreclose, lock you out and then she is denied!! hiring an attorney?? hope she had the money to burn! losers game, no one cares, too much going on in the world, most homeowners of 2-4 yrs, have already purchased new homes 75% cheaper, so the few of us diehards trying to do what we think is the right thing, need to get a life and move on! So sorry she lost the case!

She should have shot first then ask questions.Banks Criminal Misconduct the Citizens need to take it into their own hands,cause Banks are being allowed to do what ever they feel like with no charges against them.And Justice has become a onesided coin.It has to Stop somewheres.
