According to what I’ve read and understand the problem stems from money needed (for the individual AG’s of the states) to go after these bankstas. AG offices have limited funds and so the pursuit of the crimminals could be very costly. Under the terms of this agreement, it would still allow them to pursue such remedies and if they won and the winnings were bigger than the share alloated to each state, then each and every state would then get a bigger piece of the pie from the respective lawsuit. Problem is, these bankstas already know they have the money and the power and most likely all the AG’s will drop all of their investigations and suits for a mere portion of the pot when in contrast to the vast amounts of money it would take to bring crimminal action. California is soooooo broke, so is Florida. However, on the other end, it would not stop citizens from pursuing legal action against the bankstas….but there again, none of us are Warren Buffet and once again they have the power and the money! It all sucks…..and it will come down to seperating the men from the boyz! Just how many ‘men’ do you all think we have in our total AG force? ….and there you have it!

its very difficult to know and be part of this. i am very honored that one of their own is writing a letter/ very confusing. when i called my congressman and told them about all the fraud that was happening with wells fargo i was basically ignored. i was told there is nothing we can do? well i see alot done here by this letter. sad no one else will defend us and stop thi fiasco , for most folks it is forgotten we have children, we should be protecting them from this horror .
