A YEAR ago when I made my own report to Schneiderman’s office, I did get that somewhat generic response but I also got follow-up mail that showed that SOMEONE had indeed requested information from the servicer.

I find it VERY interesting that the suit filed last week EXACTLY aligns with the allegations that fit my own case. MERS was used to attempt to act as the nominee of a corporation that did not even exist. Phantom corporations can’t authorize MERS to act as a nominee.

Definitely, the responses you get from the AG may seem generic but they DO pay attention to the reported information.

Because of high frequency trading …and no uptick rule…they can insider trade in secret..and off balance sheet..and collapse the economy at anytime..like the flash crash..CNBC reported months ago…insider trading. AKA FRAUD….crashed the stock market in 08..
