I never signed a deal with anyone allowing them to securitize our morgage. I didn’t give a false appaisal, I didn’t pay off the ratings agencies to to rate subprimes as AAA’s, I was turned down for a modification which the bank said I got and they got paid. Now they want to modidify a loan loan paid in full per the “Department of Veteran Affairs in 2005 and per Wells Fargo in 2007. So now I’m sopposed to refinance a loan that keeps coming back to life? Sounds to me like someone is selling the same loans to more then one tranche at the same time. They have put us through hell for over three years. I have lost my health and more. I don’t know how they can settle anything without an investigation. They were told that this was just the tip of the ice berg, open the books BANKS show us whats really there and how insolvent you would be without the frauds you have commited.
