Get this, the chick from this place, it’s a foreclosure processing location, also filed an affidavit swearing she didn’t call my house and that I did not tell her I’m in litigation with BoA. Problem with her sworn affidavit is that I, most definetely did tell her I’m in lititgation with BoA and I have a email where I even told the notary in writing I was in litigation. I never denied calling there; I said I did, but at the time had just found that phone number on the web as the number to reach Ryan Krane who signed the assignment on my house. The judge is going to be in for an earful and I’m going to, once again, bring perjury to the court’s attention on Wednesday!!! They are really a piece of work; totally unbelievable.
