AGs are top cops in all 50 states.

they should NOT sign the bogus settlement that will do NOTHING for the swindled homeowners.

We can easily force the issue-our group has been able to stop-or postpone-foreclosure sales in every case-in Ca. The first ones we did are postponed 5 years so far. If we get all the sales postponed-for 5 years, the two organizations will have no choice but to modify the principal balances. In studying her actions, I think Harris has done a magnificent job-so far.

If Harris truly wanted Fannie & Freddie to hit the “pause” button on foreclosures, she should have remained a holdout in the settlement talks with the “Big 5.” Instead, she caved just like the other holdouts – errr , sell outs – in NY, DE, AZ & MA. It was the plan all along. Now Harris wants us to believe – again – she is going to get tough and that she has the best interests of the people at heart. Please.

I don’t believe a damn thing that comes out of the mouth of any politician.
